After changing the MessageStats service account password, is any change required to the Subscriptions?
If there are any subsriptions that run under the service account, the new password will need to re-entered for each subscription:
1. Open MessageStats Reports
2. Select File | Subscriptions
3. Click a subscription that runs under the service account and click the Modify button
4. Step through the Subscription Wizard until you get to the Account Page
5. Enter the new password for the account
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each subscription that runs under the service account
