The cursor type option is no longer available in Variables window in Toad 10 (4234244)

The cursor type option is no longer available in Variables window in Toad 10. For example, if I were to run the following code in the Editor:

exec :RetVal := FETCH_FIRM_TRADE_GROUP;

The Variables windows appear and for all the variable types available to select in the drop-down list, I do not see Cursor as an available option to select for my variable. In previous versions of Toad, this option was available.
