When you view the All Conference Details report there is more than one user shown with the role of Presenter
There may also be multiple entries for a user with the same role listed.

Resolution
This is normal behavior. Each participant can take several roles during a conference and can have multiple entries. For example, the Presenter role is assigned when a user is communicating and the Attendee role is assigned when a user is silent.
Also, If the MCU Type changes for the user, another entry can be logged. For example: The user joins a chat conference, an entry is logged for the user with the time they joined. The user then participates in application sharing and another entry is logged for the user with the User Join Time representing the time the user started the application sharing.
The Count row will only show the number of unique participants in the conference. If a user has 3 entries in the report they are only counted once.
