Internal message delivery details:
Source mailbox: failed to access.
Result: Failed to logon to the mailbox. The following error occurred while trying to logon to a mailbox on server <SERVERNAME>: Failed to open the default message store.
The following may also be displayed if the error occurs when access to the source mailbox is successful but access to the target mailbox is not:

Cause
The Spotlight on Messaging service account does not have full access to the source and/or target mailboxes

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
Re-run the script used to create the test mailboxes with the same parameters used when the mailboxe were first created:- Exchange 2003 - CreateExchange2003TestMailboxes.vbs
- Exchange 2007 - new-Exchange2007TestMailboxes.ps1
- Exchange 2010 - new-Exchange2010TestMailboxes.ps1
WORKAROUND 2:
Manually give the Spotlight on Messaging service account full access to the test mailboxes:- For Exchange 2003, grant the service account Full mailbox access, Receive As and Send As rights.
- For Exchange 2007/2010 use the Exchange Management Console to grant the service account Full Access to the mailbox.
