When investigating issues with Collaboration Services, it is necessary to capture the maximum amount of information in the log files.
How is Debug Logging enabled?
1. In the QCS console, right-click Collaboration Services and select Properties.
2. Click Logging | General, and select the Enable debug log check box.
To disable extended debug logging:
1. In the QCS console, right-click Collaboration Services and select Properties.
2. Click Logging | General, and deselect the Enable debug log check box.
Collect logs:
1. Collect the ACSAlerts.log from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Collaboration Services\ACSLOGS
2. Collect all of the logs in the Debug folder, excluding the archive folder unless requested by support.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Collaboration Services\ACSLOGS\Debug
3. Attach the logs to your Service Request here:
