CAUSE 1
Your swap partition is running under 20% of available space.
CAUSE 2
Linux can use an entire partition for swap, or a swap file that can vary its size dynamically. When using a swap file, it can be common to see frequent "Low Available Paging Space" alarms because the swap file should increase when it is almost full and free up when not needed.
RESOLUTION 1
To reduce the amount of alarms please increase the space of the swap partition based on the system behavior.
RESOLUTION 2
Since it is normal for the system handle the swap file percentage drops below the current defined thresholds but larger than 5%, the rule can be adjusted.
Modify the rule to disable the warn and the critical condition and leave only the fatal one, which uses 5% as the threshold.
Another option is to disable the rule entirely.
