When running searches/reports against NetApp data the searches never finish.
NetApp can store and accumulate a large amount of data, sometimes too much for SQL to report back in a single report.
The search took very long time to complete.
Run the search with a narrow date/time. EG: 1 Day
See how long the report takes to come back and then multiple that number by the # of days you are running the report for.
You may need to run several smaller reports instead of one large one, this is a limitation of MS SQL Server queries.
