Not able to open a Data Compare file in EDIT mode before Toad executes a compare -
Description
After creating a Data Compare and saving the file, when opening the .DCP file, Toad automatically executes a comparison.
In the scenario when a database password has occurred, opening the .DCP file, Toad automatically attempts to refresh and execute the compare; but Toad goes blank and the only button available is to create a new comparison.
