Cannot drag and drop JOINs in the Query Builder list (left hand side).
Description

The list of JOINs in the Query builder (on the left) cannot be rearranged. The drag and drop functionality doesn't work. The mouse icon and the highlighting seems to work. But the object does not drop in place as expected.
Cause

This is only an issue in Toad 64bit versions. This is not an issue in 32bit.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

Install Toad for Oracle 32 bit. Keep in mind, the 32bit version of Toad only supports a 32 bit Oracle client. If there is currently no 32bit Oracle client, that will also need to be installed if moving to Toad 32bit.

STATUS:

Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
