Toad Data Point 3.6 and newer:
There is only a single installer for all editions.*
Toad now has only one installer which can be used to install any edition of Toad (Base or Professional) or any version (Trial or Commercial). The edition and version will be enabled based on the license key you register within Toad.
Toad no longer provides a separate installation specific to the DB2 client version. This is no longer necessary as Toad no longer bundles a DB2 client with the application. Please check the releases for further details about this. This change was implemented with version 3.6.
Toad Data Point 3.5 and older:
If working with a commercial license key, a commercial install of Toad Data Point is required.*
Download a commercial version of Toad Data Point here.
Toad Data Point is licensed in 2 ways, as either a Professional license or a Base license. There are 2 types of installations available for download, the Professional install or the Base install. Download the installer based off the license purchsed. To review further about the differences between the Professional and Base, please refer to this article.
There is also the option to download one noted as "(for 64-bit IBM Clients ONLY)". This is only necessary if there is already a 64-bit IBM DB2 client installed. More information regarding bit version of Toad and 64bit support is available here.

Additional Information
*Note: There is the option for an .MSI installer file. This will install the same Toad as the general (.exe) installer. It is only the file format that is different.
