It appears from log messages that some of PA-WebView agents are not receiving data for the requested time intervals, from PA Middleware.
The PA Advisory severity is often “low” even though deviation is above 100%.Screen shots show 227% showing up as low
It is possible that the server times on FMS host and PA Middleware host are not synchronized; PA-WebView does not do well when such time discrepancies arise.
Solution: The workaround is rather clumsy but no better option is available. Check with customer If restart of Foglight is an option. If yes, please do the following in this order:
