It appears from log messages that some of PA-WebView agents are not receiving data for the requested time intervals, from PA Middleware.

Cause
It is possible that the server times on FMS host and PA Middleware host are not synchronized; PA-WebView does not do well when such time discrepancies arise.

Resolution
Solution: The workaround is rather clumsy but no better option is available. Check with customer If restart of Foglight is an option. If yes, please do the following in this order:
HOST_SID is the PAWC agent in question.____________________________________________________1). Stop the PA MiddleWare service.
2). Stop the PA service on Monitored Host (PA Collector agent that runs on the the Monitored DB host - <<Hostname>>).
3). Stop the Foglight management server.
4). Start the MiddleWare.
5). Start the PA Collector.
6). Start the Foglight management server.
____________________________________________________This will bring all the time slices in to correct order and resolve the issue. Once PA-Webview agent starts getting the data for the requested time intervals, it should show alarms whenever PA Advisories arise within PA.
