Cause

Product defect.
Resolution

WORKAROUND

Modify ER connector settings to accommodate the query run-time.

1. Edit <ITSS_Install_Path>\Dell\InTrust\IT Search\Connectors\EnterpriseReporter\Dell.InTrust.ITSearch.ERConnector.dll.config

2. Set <add key="CommandTimeout" value="72000"/>

3. Save the file

4. Restart IT Search services

5. Allow the Enterprise Reporter index to build

STATUS

Default timeout for Enterprise Reporter will be increased to 72000 by default starting in IT Security Search 11.3
