Attemptingto install Toad and receive the error, Unable to process install of toad because of no support and the user is unable to continue installation.
Attemptingto install trial version of Toad instead of the commercial version.
Download the commercial version of Toad:
1. Visit www.quest.com
2. Go to Support | Downloads & Updates
3. If you have a Supportlink account already, log in. If you do not have one already, click the Register button and follow the instructions to register.
4. Type Toad in the Product Search field, choose Toad for Oracle from the drop down list, and press GO.
5. Click the name of the Toad executableto bedownloaded.
6.Select Save andselect the directorythe installation media to be downloaded to.
7. Once download is complete, go to directory that has installation media.
8. Double click on icon and follow installation instructions.
