After applying a new license file (.asc) from the License Information screen within MessageStats console, the License Status is initally Installed, however after clicking OK it displays the license status as "Not Installed".
The Service account is not a member of the MessageStats Admin group on the SQL server, or the MessageStats Admin group does not have all of the correct SQL Roles assigned to it.
It could also be a corrupt license file.
Ensure that all the database permissions for the service account and correct SQL roles are all in place for the MessageStats Admin group.
MessageStats Admin group requires role memberships: Public, MessageStats_Admin, db_securityadmin and db_ddladmin.
