List index out of bounds (41) and Access Violation when creating explain plan for merge query. (4229466)

When trying to get explain plan for a merge query in the editor, a "List index out of bounds (41)" error is thrown, followed by an Access Violation that forced Toad to be closed through Task Manager.

The explain plan seemed to be retrieved, but when trying to access the explain plan panel, it errors out.

This is not an issue with all querys' explain plans, but may be related to the explain plan of a merge query and/or a table that accesses an external directory.
