Description
After upgrading Oracle Client and Database, now when running the SQL Loader wizard, the following error occurs:
SQL*Loader-282:
Unable to locate character set handle for character set ID (873) -
Cause
Executables pointed to incorrect sqlldr.exe file for current Oracle Client.

Resolution
Make sure the correct sqlldr.exe file is being used for the current Oracle_Home being used to connect with Toad:
1. In Toad go to View | Toad options.
2. On the left side click on Executables.
3. Under the SQL*Loader section, make sure the path to the sqlldr.exe file is the correct Oracle Home.
4. Apply the settings and restart Toad.
