Title
The Toad icon does not show up on for the shortcut. -
Description
The Toad icon no longer not show up on for the shortcut in the Start menu and the desktop. I am not sure what happened since I can still access Toad from the icon.

Cause
Bydefault the shortcut uses a path to Microsoft directory during install. It may have been redirected or and you don't access to the icon file.

Resolution
Right click on the problematic icon | Properties | Change icon. Choose the icon you would like to use for the shortcut. The toad image should be listed as an option. If it is not, you can try to go to the Toad installation directory (toC:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad) and select it from there. It is the Toad.ico file.
If the file cannot be found on the system, there is one attached to this solution. Put it in the Toad installation directory and direct the Properties | Change Icon to this location.
