When editing a report, cliking the layout tab causes the console to freeze (4228340)

When the layout tab is clicked, for the preview to show, a report query is run. There are 2 things to keep in mind:

•  If the report is a custom Query report, the whole query is executed.
•  If the report is a canned report from the report library, then only the first 10 rows of data are returned.

Communication with the database server happens at this point, if a discovery is currently running, there are communication issues or the database is unavailable, Report Manager can freeze. Please run the reports after discoveries have completed and communication with the database server is not being affected.
