Exchange Remote Connections Alarms not getting cleared

Every time the Exchange agent stops data collection, Quest Remote Command service gets uninstalled from the target Exchange server and gets installed again when you start the Data collection.

Please follow this instructions:

1. Stop Data collection for "Agent Host_Name" in Administration | Agents | Agent status Dashboard.

2. Then logon to that Exchange server and verify that Quest remote Command service no longer exist in Services Microsoft Management Console.

3. After that please Acknowledge the Clear the alarms in Foglight.

4. Go back to  Administration | Agents | Agent status Dashboard.
And Start Data collection. Please verify that Quest Remote command service is listed in Services Microsoft Management Console on target Exchange server.
