We have a license for Toad for Oracle. We just received an email that someone was added to our SupportLink account. Do you know what this is regarding? Do you group everyone from our company in the same contract even if they are not licensed?

If you are registered as a primary contact for the account you would receive confirmation on any end users who have registered for SupportLink under the same account, but they are not necessarily using the same license. Please note, users will also have their own individual login for SupportLink.
