Connect see data in the Azure SQL DB Blocking (Current) dashboard. Error message indicates "VIEW SERVER STATE permission was denied on object 'server', database 'master'" -
Description
Users cannot see data in the Blocking (Current) dashboard and there is no data in the SQL PI dashboard when the monitored user is not and Administrator and the database is DTU and the service tier is basic, standard s0 or standard s1.
An error similar to the following may appear
