Trying to launch ChangeAuditor client produces error, "Error parsing C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Config\machine.config. Parsing returned error 0x80070005.".
The user is not able to launch the ChangeAuditor client.
This is known to occur on systems with User Account Control (UAC) enabled even when the user is Local Administrator.
Right-click and "Run as Administrator" the client shortcut from the desktop or the Start Menu. This will elevate the client to bypass UAC.
