Error, "Can't find tree item by param's search path" when using the change current comparison button on certain compares

When performing a schema compare and looking at the results of the compare, using the change current comparison button would result in the following exception error:

Defect in properties window popup after looking at comparison details.

WORKAROUND:

After opening an object to bring up the properties window in the compare report, do not close the properties window and then proceed to use the Change Current Comparison button and run another compare.

STATUS:

Fixed in a the 6.8 commercial release of Toad for SQL Server, it can be downloaded here.
