Trying to perform the "Security Migration" task, when getting to the "Target Databases" screen and selecting a "SQL Instance" or clicking on the arrow next to it, it brings up an empty "Target Databases" screen, and one can't select anything.
No error messages, it's just that there are no "Target Databases" listed.
WORKAROUND
Using Toad for SQL Server version 6.6 has helped.
