"An error occurred during automatic deployment of cartridge" messages in FMS log

Numerous messages similar to the following appear in the FMS log. These may be for any types of Foglight cartridges and are not specific to the examples below.

Those messages are because the FMS is in HA mode and it is syncing cartridges between the primary and secondary nodes.  The code is checking if the downloaded cartridges can be validated.  The cartridges fail when the download is not complete, the cartridge sync service re-tries periodically until the cartridges van be validated at which point it deploys them locally.
