Support team member has logged on to user's machine and has installed Toad 9.1. When machine's user logs on to the machine, the Start menu does not include the Toad for Oracle shortcut submenu and only has the Knowledge Xpert submenu under Quest Software menu.
Toad 9.1 installer creates the menu shortcut files for Toad.exe under C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Start Menu\Programs\Quest Software folder and creates the menu shortcut files for KnowledgeXpert.exe under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Quest Software folde . Hence, if a different user has installed Toad, then the shortcut files will be created under the user name path of the person that installed Toad, and when a different user logs onto the machine the shortcut files are not found.
