Error using the Recompile Test Code option: "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges". Test code cannot be run and result of test is not shown. Login user account in Code Tester does not own the procedure/function. Procedure/function resides in a different schema.

Grant Execute privilege on the program being tested to the login user account.
