Tablespace list on right is not refreshing when clicking the right refresh button.
Description

When working with Schema Browser | Tablespace and displaying just the list of tablespaces on both the left and the right panels, the "right refresh" button (3rd refresh button "Refresh the details pane (right side of browser)") does not refresh the right panel.
Cause

That purpose of the "right refresh" button is to refresh the right hand side of the Schema Browser when one object is selected from the list on the left; that is, when Toad is displaying a single object's in the right hand side.
Resolution

Use the 2nd button "Refresh current list (left side of browser)" to refresh the list of tablespaces (or current object type) or the first button "Refresh all objects" to refresh everything.
Additional Information

This applies to various versions of Toad for Oracle. This is only an issue if working with Tablespaces and when the list of all tablespaces are displayed on the right side. For example, if running a long running data pump import of lots of data, the "% used" field doesn't seem to change/update as you would expect with a "right refresh".
