The 'Allow multiple copies of Toad to be loaded' option becomes unticked when running a Windows scheduled task either by AppDesigner, or by command line.
This can be reproduced by the following steps:
1. In View | Toad Options | tick the 'Allow multiple copies' option
2. Open Utilities | AppDesigner and create a simple App (e.g. a Select statement)
3. Right-Click the App to Schedule it to run 'one time only' in Windows Task Manager
4. Close Toad
5. When the task has finished running, open Toad again
6. Go back to the option setting - the option is unticked
