There are many possibilities here with regards to partition names, high values (for range), etc, and if the table has data, there is a risk of losing it or operations taking a very long time to complete, or Toad making a decision on how to sync that the user does not agree with.
The ddl commands to synchronize the partition differences will not be included in the sync script. Currently, Toad's intention is to bring the differences to the user's attention, so that the user can decide if and how to proceed with synchronizing the table partitions.
