Debugger not Working. Gives "ensure 'TIL-BL-EDW-11.gogo.local' is configured for debugging" error. -
Description
When trying to debug procedure in Toad, the following error is given:
"Review the help file to ensure 'TIL-BL-EDW-11.gogo.local' is configured for debugging. Error message: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA."
The debugger configuration wizard noted that all was set up correctly and didn't report any conflicts. The debugger requirements outlined in release notes and system requirements are met.

Cause
This issue suggests a firewall limitation. -
Resolution
Please verify that there is no firewall that is preventing access to SQL Server and debugger. This may be a corporate/network firewall or a local machine firewall. Suggestion may be to veirfy any anti-virus limitations.
Sample: Symantec Endpoint Protection installed locally. Disable any Firewall link setting locally and test Toad for SQL Server debugger.
