When attempting to install Enterprise Reporter, the following error is shown:
"An exception occurred after creating the database. (DbLibrary)"
"Timeout has expired and the operation has not been completed. (System.ServiceProcess)"
The installation completes, however the Quest Enterprise Reporter Server service will not start
Ensure that the service account (the account under which the Quest Enterprise Reporter Service runs) has Read and Write rights to the Enterprise Reporter database. Add the service account to the Reporter_Discovery_Admins group.
Confirm that the Service account is a local admin on the machine the service is running.
If the service does not start after confirming the above, please contact Support.
