Description
Toad is successfully logged into a database, but the Toad Database Login window pops up when the Toad window is moved or re-sized.

Cause
Is is associated with the NVIDIA dual monitor card. May be related to it's attempt to optimize the video output. May be related to multiple desktop support.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
Switch off optimize feature within Nvidia settingsRESOLUTION 2:
Disable option to "Enable multiple desktops" in the Nvidia Desktop Manager | Desktops.RESOLUTION 3:
Disable Nvidia completely.
