Description
Error received when running the Desktop Authority installer.
“The process cannot access the file ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Scriptlogic\Desktop Authority\Desktop Authority Manager\libeay32.dll’ because it is being used by another process.”

Cause
Some computers have security settings enabled that block files that come from other computers or downloaded from the internet. -
Resolution
1. Right click on the installation file that was downloaded and choose Properties.
2. If blocking is enabled you will see an “Unblock” button on the bottom right hand corner of the Properties dialog.
3. Press “Unblock” and then press the OK button.
