I am using the Data Grid Save As or Export Data set window to export a large result set from Editor's Data Grid. The file format is set to delimited text file. The following error occurs during export:
Out of system resources
RESOLUTION 1:
Run Export as a scheduled action outside of Toad to avoid exhausting system resources:
1. Open the Save As window again for the query result and set the export options.
2. Select the Yellow Lighting Bolt icon on the title of the window and enter a name for the Action and hit OK.
3. Select Cancel on Save As window to close it.
4. Select View | Action Palette menu option.
5. Select Set1 tab and select the Action name just created.
6. Right-click on it and select Schedule.
7. Go through the Windows Scheduler wizard to set a name and execution time of export
8. Enter Windows login and password and hit Finish
9. Close Toad and wait for the scheduled time for export to run
RESOLUTION 2:
Uncheck the "Display all results in grid" option box inside the Export Dataset window.
