Web Reports continually prompts for credentials (4225033)

When accessing the web reports you are prompted for credentials. Entering the credentials results in being prompted again. This happens 3 times and then the page fails to load with the following error:

"HTTP Error 401.1 - Unathorized
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied"

1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager on the MessageStats server
2. Expand the server name
3. Select Application Pools
4. Right click Quest Web Reports and select Advanced Setting
5. Under Process Model click Identity
6. Click the ellipsis on the right
7. Change the Identity to the NetworkService Built-in account
8. Click OK
9. Click OK
10. Restart IIS
