Backups are scheduled to run regularly. If you login to the RMAD server after a scheduled backup starts you may see a popup on the screen with the following details:

In addition the scheduled task used for the scheduled backups shows as still running. Clicking Close the program on the popup causes the scheduled task to stop with run result of 0xC0000005.
RMAD shows the backup as successful and the backup files have been created.
Stale credentials used for the scheduled task or the installation of RMAD is corrupted
Try refreshing the credentials for the scheduled task:
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall RMAD
