Description

A report runs an hour earlier or an hour later than scheduled, and this occurs following Daylight Savings Time starting or ending .
Cause

Report schedules are made in UTC time, so that it is GLOBALLY consistent across all time zones (which have specific rules for when DST starts and ends).
Resolution

In the latest version of Change Auditor you can set a master time zone, which allows users to pick which time zone to follow when the time change happens. Please refer to the Change PowerShell Command User Guide for more information:
