Manually delete the old unwanted Unpacked backup files and folders that are older then the retention settings and reboot the RMAD server.
Please note: Unpacked backups are not required for RMAD to function properly and the setting to unpack them can be completely disabled if so desired. The backups can be unpacked when running the restore wizards. Having the backups already unpacked simply saves the time for the wizards to perform the operation.
