Cannot find Server Level configuration in Version Control wizard of Toad 5.8. Only Database Level option is available.

Resolution
As of Toad 5.8 Version Control wizard no longer supports Server Level due to past performance issues. It is possible, however, to use File Based Version Control.

Note that SS2000 is no longer supported for Version Control even for file based control
