How to change Data Grid fonts and colors in Toad?
Toad's data grid is by default set to "Legacy" style. This can be changed and adjusted in Toad Options.
Toad for Oracle 10.5
1. Select the View | Toad Options menu option
2. Select Data Grid | Visual from left-side tree
3. Under the 'Styles' section, select an existing template from the "Active Styles" dropdown,
or click the "Edit Styles..." button and proceed with following steps
4. Ensure 'Legacy' is selected under the 'Styles' list and click the Edit button
5. Select desired element from Grid Element list. For data content, select 'Content Even' and 'Content Odd'.
6. Check Font checkbox and click "..." button to change font
7. Check Color checkbox and click "..." button to change color
Toad for Oracle 10.6 and above..
Go to View Menu | Toad Options | Data Grids | Visual | 'Edit Styles' button on the right pane | highlight 'Legacy' | click 'Edit' | edit (or un-check if you do not want any colors) the ‘Color’ boxes for ‘Background’, ‘ContentEven’, and ‘ContentOdd’.
