When using the outlook form to retrieve stubbed messages, the following error occurs:

WMI is not working correctly on this machine.
Windows 2003 SP1 and Windows XP SP2 include commands to diagnose and possibly repair WMI. Please refer to the following link to download the Fix WMI Utility: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/topics/help/wmi.mspx
NOTE: Removing/renaming the WMI repository is a last resort only. Use only if the above procedures did not detect and repair issues with WMI
To fix WMI, do the following:
1. Remove the workstation from the domain *
2. Log in as Local Admin
3. Stop the WMI Service
4. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository
5. Rename this folder and it's subfolders to some\thing else
6. Start the WMI service
7. Edit the security to make sure local system has access
8.Rejoin the computer to the domain *
