Description

The client for Desktop Authority (DA) is not installing.
Cause

In the DAClientInstall_INSTALL.log:
Product: ScriptLogic Desktop Authority: Computer Agent -- Error 1325. is not a valid short file name
Resolution

1. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/User Shell Folders
2. Change the "Personal" registry key to %USERPROFILE%\
3. Run %logonserver%\NETLOGON\SLogic.bat
Desktop Authority agent should now get install.
