Editor is very slow in displaying the Code Insight pick list for any object or when I do Ctrl + T to show the Toad Insight Objects pick list.
RESOLUTION 1:
1. Select View | Toad Options menu option
2. Select Editor | Code Assist from left side tree
3, Under Toad Insight, check "Cache Code Insight results" checkbox
4. Hit OK to exit Options
RESOLUTION 2:
Go to View menu | Toad Options | Editor | Code Assist | uncheck some items under "Toad Insight Objects".
