Receiving error: 80070005 - Access denied and error 1606 when installing web component
Description

During the installation of the MessageStats Web Component, the user encounters error 80070005 - Access denied and also an install error 1606.
Resolution

Ensure that the logon account has Full Control NTFS permissions on the WWWRoot folder, which is located in the Inetpub folder.
