One or more of the following errors may be listed in the contents of the Installer log file. The file will be named similarly: SLSInstaller - 20120907 06-03-40-464.txt
Error: Registration of xp_sqllitespeed_licenseinfo failed: The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'sp_addextendedproc', database 'mssqlsystemresource', schema 'sys'.

The user running the Installation does not have adequate rights on the server.

WORKAROUND:
Per the LiteSpeed Installation Guide:The user that installs LiteSpeed must have Windows administrator rights and DBA privileges required to:Install stored procedures and extended stored proceduresCreate databases, tables, and indexesInsert, update, and delete to/from the MSDB, LiteSpeedLocal and LiteSpeedCentral databases -
