How to prevent or stop the auto-notifications for new products and updates?

Resolution
1. Open the Quest Installer by selecting Start | Programs | Quest Software | Quest Installer | Quest Installer menu option.
2. Click on the Quest Installer Settings link at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
3. In the Quest Installer Settings window click on the Notifications tab.
4. Under Automatic Updates, click on the "Manually check for New Products and Updates" radio button and select OK.for Toad 9.7 and above versions, the above installed option check for update notifications has been removed from Installer. This option setting is disabled as default and all automatic checks for update registry keys was also disabled by default.
