Cause

NLS character set differences between source and target. Source running Oracle database built with single byte character set and target running Oracle database with multi-byte character set. Example Source Oracle 11g database with character set WE8ISO8859P1 and target Oracle database with character set AL32UTF8.
Resolution

Resolution:
Rebuild the target database with Unicode character set to be the same as the source's Oracle database character set and resync the data.
Workaround:
Increase the length of the target table column or skip the table from replication setting sp_opo_disable_object_num <source table's object_id> and restart the post.
