Error running scheduled Automation jobs: "Cannot create file...SettingsLocations.ini" -
Description
User using Toad for Oracle and occasionally the Automation jobs failing with following error:
" Cannot create file C:\Documents and Settings\...\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\SettingsLocations.ini. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." -
Cause
Toad.exe is executed with each job and is attempting to access the same .INI file.

Resolution
Schedule jobs at different interval times in order to avoid Toad.exe accessing the same files at the same time.
