Activation fails with “Query to determine bdb upgrade failed! ” (4222390)

The following errors are observed when activating a config file:

Insert_To_DB(../src/lib/odb/odb_funcs.c,372):ErrorBlockFreeStmtHp OCI_ERROR, Code 942: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.

Insert_Route failed for table "<SCHEMA OWNER>"."<TABLE_NAME>","<SCHEMA OWNER>"."<TABLE_NAME>" ln=0

Compile of "<config file name>" for sid o.sid failed: Internal error, notify support.

Compile of "<config file name>" for sid o.sid failed: No valid tables were found in the config.

Ora_setup was not ran after upgrade

1. Shutdown SharePlex
2. Verify the name of the SharePlex schema

cat $SP_SYS_VARDIR/data/SP_ORD_OWNER_O.<SID NAME> "<SHAREPLEX SCHEMA >"

1. Run Ora_setup
2. Start SharePlex
3. Activate config
